TSTool

TSTool is free and open source software that provides time series data views and automates time series analysis and visualization.  The software is developed and maintained by the Open Water Foundation as part of the OpenCDSS initiative. TriLynx has developed TSTool plugins for NovaStar web service API and database, which can be used to read NovaStar data for analysis in TSTool.

TSTool is useful for:

• Data quality control.
• Automating data analysis and creation of information products.
• Automating NovaStar data downloads and conversion to needed formats.
• Creating data for models and other software.
• Processing large datasets that are difficult to process in web applications.
• Troubleshooting data collection problems.
• Comparing data from NovaStar and other sources.
