The TXShare Cooperative Purchasing Program is the direct outcome of municipal governments partnering together to identify common needs for public entities across and beyond the State of Texas. The objective of this contract is to connect with one or more highly qualified vendors to provide hydrologic and flood warning software in a cost-effective manner.

Note: Entities must be a TXShare member to use this contract vehicle. See the TXShare website for information about how to become a member.
- Contact Steve Malers at (970) 818-7022 to discuss your system’s needs.
- TriLynx team will develop a quote.
- Purchaser must generate a purchase order which: 1) references TXShare Agreement #2023-060, and 2) is made payable to TriLynx Systems LLC.
- E-mail your purchase order to Steve Malers and TriLynx team will coordinate as needed to implement the NovaStar software.
