Contract Overview
TriLynx Systems, LLC offers Flood Early Warning Systems (FEWS) Technology Solution Products and Related Services, through this Contract. TriLynx Systems offers its own SaaS/Subscription FEWS Base Station Complete Software Solution. TriLynx Systems offers a series of related professional services that includes but is not limited to Implementation, Technical Support, Configuration, integration, etc. Customers can purchase directly through this DIR contract. Contracts may be used by state and local government, public education, other public entities in Texas, as well as public entities outside the state. Resellers are not available on this contract.

- TriLynx team will work with you to understand your system’s needs and develop a quote.
- Generate a purchase order made payable to TriLynx Systems LLC and you must reference the DIR Contract Number DIR-CPO-6203 on your purchase order.
- E-mail your purchase order to Steve Malers and TriLynx team will coordinate as needed to implement the NovaStar software.

Warranties & Returns
Limited Warranty: The NovaStar software is complex and is installed on systems that are integrated with other software and hardware. Consequently, there are many reasons that software functionality may experience problems, including a software error, configuration problems, data issue, software dependency issues, or a combinations of factors. TriLynx implements automated tests software for validate functionality; however, testing cannot duplicate all situations that may occur in operational systems. TriLynx does its best to ensure that software is functioning as expected under normal conditions. Should a substantial program error be identified that impacts core software functionality as indicated in documentation, TriLynx will fix the error at its cost and issue a software update. If the error does not substantially and adversely impact Licensee’s system, the fix may be included during the next system update. TriLynx may recommend and/or implement a workaround to ensure that the system is operational while the full issue is resolved.
